Alden specializes in identifying, attracting and placing highly skilled candidates who are actively employed and performing at the highest level within their market sector. Alden places entry to C-level professionals in all roles of construction management, development and real estate in Texas, Colorado and the Southeastern United States. After nearly a decade as a critical care nurse and several years spent home raising a young son on the autism spectrum, Afton re-entered the workforce as Alden's assistant. Currently a Project Manager, Afton is relationship-driven and works to build strong and lasting connections with construction's best.
